“If I could give this review 10 stars I would! We got 3 quotes from other companies but when Affordable Air came to give us theirs it was an easy decision. The entire process and team were fantastic! Anthony gave us an honest and thorough quote with all our options up front and answered all our questions on the spot! He knows his stuff!! They are fairly priced and offer great equipment options. We went with the Lennox system. When the team of guys, John, Bryan and Jonathan, came to do the install they were clean, polite, thorough and respectful. You could tell they enjoyed working with and cared for each other. John Trevino was the lead on the job and he was very thorough in explaining what was happening and how to use everything. We upgraded the thermostat and he walked me through the app and how to work the system which was great as I’m not very tech savvy! AND on top of all of the install work, my front door handle broke (not their fault at all!) and John installed the new one I had bought!! Amazing customer service! The ladies in the office were just as helpful and friendly when we called for information and they complete the warranty paperwork for you so all you have to do is enjoy the fruits of their labor!
