“My AC went out right at the beginning of this last heatwave! I called my landlord who sent out 2 different companies. The first one wasn't even equipped with the right parts needed. The second didn't even show up I finally gave her the phone number for iComfort who I have used before at previous properties. They came out same day and got the AC running!! Technician Javier was polite and clean! He wore shoe covers anytime he was inside and communicated throughout the entire service. He explained that the system is very old and will need to be replaced. Fortunately, he had all the parts needed for an immediate fix. They will be coming back in a couple of days to provide a replacement quote. Long story short, both tenants and landlord are cool and happy“

Tracy was great in scheduling a service call within the day when my A/C stopped blowing cold air.

Before coming over, Ken called and tried to get more information in order to troubleshoot the issue. Gave me an idea of what it might be, best case and worst case scenarios. After speaking with him on the phone, I decided he should come over and diagnose it.

Ken and his son were very professional and kind. They were able to diagnose the problem and suggest a temporary fix while giving me an ideal fix for the future.
