Not sure how these guys got such positive reviews. They never return my calls and are extremely hard to reach. I used them once, then got a notice from the state of california about a tax return they filed. They were hard to reach during the tax return process and now are nearly impossible. I've called three times, emailed and have gotten nothing in response. Not even the front desk picks up the phone. Not sure what happened, but think twice if you want to do taxes with these guys.

I love this team! They are excellent at responsiveness and answering all of my questions & queries. This is my 3rd year of filing with them. Mr. Garelick is very knowledgeable and researched up on current tax laws. Their pricing is reasonable, I would recommend this accounting firm to my family, friends and anyone who is in need of the support!
