Just wanted to say a big thanks to the certapro team! John's always been pleasant being the second time we used them. Alex and Xavier did such a great job and left the house looking stunning, they are very professional and had great communication skills.
Many thanks to John (owner) and the crew (Alex) who worked on my house. - John came by and was terrific - was type of "ol fashion" service I frankly miss these days; communicative , collaborative , easy to work with as we walked through the job and what was needed; didn't try to sell me or anything. Straight shooter. - Alex lead and executed the work and he always went above and beyond on the two paint Jobs he did for me and the house. Thank you!
Our exterior home and windows were in bad need of paint and repair. I read various reviews and called CertPro, Granada Hills, for an estimate, along with a few others companies. CertaPro wasn't the least expensive, but John seemed like a reputable sort and we appreciated that they were licensed and insured. We gave the green light to CertaPro and the crew arrived promptly on the agreed on date. Edgar listened to our expectations and proceeded without delay on prepping the house and windows for paint. They reglazed and painted our front, 65 year old, diamond paned, windows, which was a huge job on its own. The windows look so much better! It took 8 days to complete... read full review
