Zothex Flooring, Cabinets, & More - Vacaville

My experience with Zothex Flooring was with Josh and only Josh and he gets a 5 star review. I called them to fabricate my island top. Josh was professional and knowledgeable from the start . We ran into some problems with fabrication, timing, scheduling etc. It was not a perfect process but Josh held it all together. I’d want him on my team for any project

The employee in the Vacaville Zothex store as well as my project manager, Mike, were very professional and great to work with. The contractors that were hired was where the problem was.Was scheduled for 2 days, took 4 days and on the very first day they were supposed to be there between 8am and 10am but didn't show up till almost 11am. Communication was very difficult because they were Russian and only 1 out of the 2 knew enough English to say "Done today, back tomorrow at 8". The transparency of the manager of the Vacaville Zothex was non-existent and honestly a pain in the behind after spending 50k. We had to get the owner of the company involved.Carlos was unprofessional to me and our contractor. He has bad phone etiquette and ignored our contractor in person. He's always on his phone.The project was said to be done in 1.5 week. The project was done after 9 weeks.The kitchen is great, but I wouldn't recommend them.Our neighbor also hired them to replace their carpet. They left the carpet unfinished when they asked for payment.
