Gloria was very welcoming and professional. She made sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything she was doing. It was my first Brazilian and it was not nearly as painful as I thought it would be. She took the time to walk me through aftercare and maintenance. I went ahead and purchased her oil and exfoliator, they smell so good. The space is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Gloria's got the calming touch and I will be back for future waxes.

Gets the job completely done and is virtually painless. I went after getting partially waxxed by another individual who had to stop half way through after tearing my skin in a few places. I was scared to finish the job anywhere but Gloria was not only kind and reassuring but she was able to finish the wax without hurting me.
