I scheduled an appointment here for a service I really wanted. I unfortunately forgot about the appointment; I didn’t note it properly on my calendar. I was charged for said missed appointment. I have no issue with this. I take responsibility for forgetting and fully understand why these kinds of policies need to be in place. However, I do have some feedback for improving the customer experience. I engage with many kinds of businesses on a regular basis from hair salon to dentist office and everywhere has either an automated or manual reminder system in place. Amazing place for a relaxing couples retreat! Husband & I enjoyed a couples massage, the masseuses were amazing! We also stayed a night in the comfortable room on the property, it was very cozy and Linda the owner was very warm and welcoming. We had access to the property and were able to walk around and enjoy the quiet nature. I highly recommended using Thirty Six Oaks if you are looking for a relaxing time.
