Really nice company, very organized, and responsive to tenants, they put their tenants first. Staff is very friendly, good at returning phone calls and setting appointments. They provide good quality housing. They are amazing at managing properties for landlords also. I give them rating of A+++ ??

Worst group of people during "covid". They refuse to leave their office to make a payment. Trying to pay and they come up with this website which i wanted to know if it was bogus. Asked if I could make an appointment to help me sign up for it. Was told they didn't do that. Well exactly what the hell do they do???!!!!

I was with Kelly Company for almost 3 years and never had any issues whatsoever. The apartment I moved into could have used a deep cleaning before I moved in but time was of the essence so in all fairness I think they did a fairly decent job in the short time they were given. Any issues were always addressed right away and they also made moving out so simple and painless. Overall my son and myself really enjoyed our stay and we are very appreciative for the opportunity we were given. Thank you Kelly Company...sincerely The Urdaneta Family
