The receptionist was very nice over the phone and was able to squeeze us into the schedule. She was also super helpful and friendly when we arrived. My BF and I saw Dr. Kimberlee Doan and loved her! She was very knowledgeable, calm and welcoming. As first timers, we really appreciated how much time she spent with us explaining the process and answering our various questions. Dr. Doan made us laugh and feel relaxed. We're both feeling better after seeing her. 10/10
The ad for Joint Chiropractor was on Facebook. At first because of the low price I was skeptical but I thought what can I lose. Made an appointment, when I got there there was so many people. When it was my turn I was very surprised, the doctor was very good, he listener to, me and processed to adjust me. When I left I was in pain but by the next day I was feeling so much better. Their prices are very reasonable so I will be going back. Thank you Dr. Doan.
As a first time patient, my personal take was seeing an office/waiting area full of people thinking it will take a long time since we are first time patients and having to fill out paperwork, but it was quite opposite. Realizing that there is only one doctor to service a room full of people quickly & efficiently, is wonderful. People are adjusted quickly, are up and going with a smile. Also, the quick forms to fill out using an iPad instead of writing down on paper (although that’s still an option), makes things go that much faster. Place is clean and ran like a well oiled machine!
