I’m a 64 year old woman & I had lost almost all of my eyebrows. I was so scared to have an eyebrow tattoo procedure done, but after meeting with Shelby, I felt so comfortable with her that I booked my appointment to have nano brows done. During my appointment, it really put me at ease that Shelby doesn’t rush through any phase of the procedure at all. From start to finish, she stops periodically to have you look in the mirror to make sure you like what she’s doing & she listens to you if you want even the tiniest change made. I have had my lips done 2-3 times through the years. This was the best! I didn’t return to the others due to not being satisfied with the quality. Shelby’s patience, listening skills, discussion, suggestions by her experience, cannot be topped, and for me it was pain free (unlike others I had gone to .. ouchie). Amazing! I will return to Shelby for all my perm make- up: she is stuck with me for life!
