I've had Sentient perform exclusion on two homes I've lived in and have always been so impressed by their attention to detail and craftsmanship. They've noticed entry points that rodents were entering I would have never noticed. I've also had them pigeon proof our solar panels and the the netting looks really nice and blends in with the roof and panels. The best thing I can say was during the pigeon proofing they found some glued/cracked roof tiles our home builder tried to cover up. We had a couple spares that Sentient cut and installed for us. Not a lot of tradesman have that kind of integrity to pause the job and show the homeowner problems on the roof unrelated to the job. Can't sing their praises enough. Definitely will hire them again in the future if we ever move!

Without a doubt, exceeded my expectations. I live in Suisun City, I was experiencing a severe rat issue throughout 2020/2021. I called multiple places hoping to eradicate this pest, all quotes provided said they would solve the problem with a bill 2x what Ralph quoted. The kicker, none of these quotes identified the actual problem: the rats were crawling in from under the house! Every other inspector, but Sentient, said they were getting in through spaces in the attic. In addition, these other businesses were adamant on up selling me to replace all of my insulation, stating, "the insulation poses as a severe health hazard due to rodent droppings". Ralph, however, gave me multiple DETAILED quotes pricing the job based on how much I actually wanted to have done, while still ensuring the rats would stay out. It has been one year since Sentient Pest Exclusion did their work and we have not seen a single sign of any rats. Ralph's team went above and beyond. They are honest, reasonably priced, and efficient. We are genuinely grateful for them. Thank you, Sentient Pest Exclusion!!! #killeveryrat ;)

Ralph and team are amazing! Ralph came out a few years ago and spent a great deal of time looking for entry points and areas of opportunity for the pesky rodent noises we were hearing. He arrived on time, very prepared and did the most thorough inspection I have ever experienced. What makes him better than the rest (I too have used and unfortunately paid several bad companies beforehand) is Ralph's true willingness to help. He was honest and treated my problem like it was "his" problem. The problem has returned with new construction in the neighborhood and I'm looking forward to working with Sentient to attack the problem. If you are researching pest control...
