Marty Simpson, the technician/plumber, identified my sewer line problem quickly and used a camera to show me the problem, and he discussed all the options with me. I have old clay and cast iron pipes that were failing on my 1 acre property that has 5 dwellings on one line. Marty listened to my concerns and patiently and professionally answered my zillion questions which helped me make well informed decisions. His crew of Johnny, Jerry, and Allan then came in and pulled pipe, power flushed my line, dug trenches (they are powerhouses!) and put in new cleanout pipe and boxes.
