I would NOT recommend RichMar Cabinets. They do not do what they say they will. We had a simple agreement with Marcus Frakes of Richmar Cabinets stating they would refund $28,806 of the $32,000.00 of my late sister's new kitchen deposit, placed prior to her sudden death. After her death, it made no sense to remodel her kitchen as we needed to sell her house rather quickly.After a discussion with Marcus, he & I agreed upon a refund payment schedule for the her deposit.Marcus signed a simple agreement to pay $5,000.00 every two weeks or so until the deposit was fully refunded. We received the first payment as planned but that was it! One year later Richmar still owes us $23,806! They now hide in silence. Dan in Santa Rosa

My sister in law contracted with this company and submitted payment in full BEFORE the job was started. She got sick and put a hold on the order before any work had been done. She then passed away. We have tried for over a year to get the money back that she put down for work that was NEVER done. The owner acknowledged the debt in writing and agreed that the money was owed to us. He has not paid us back. He won’t return our calls or our emails. Very poor way to do business.
