Jennifer is very knowledgeable and patient. I tore my rotator and my doctor recommended I go see a Physical Therapist. I started going to PT and every time I was done with the massage I would leave in a lot of pain. I decided I'd put my trust in someone more knowledgeable. I reached out to Jennifer and she promptly responded to me. She educated me on the recovery process and recommended I still do the PT exercises. After about a few visits I feel great. I highly recommend Jennifer!

Jennifer is very warm and intuitive I have been going to her for a few months for Reiki. Very interesting the technique I am seeing positive changes slowly. Reiki is about aligning your chakras if you have never experience that it may surprise you. At the very least I am in a deep state of meditation for an hour helping center myself. Please give it a try but takes a few sessions to relax and check in.

I've had a difficult time finding a good massage therapist since my last one retired. I feel so fortunate that I found Jennifer because she's exactly what I needed. She is attentive, extremely knowledgeable, and seems to know exactly what my body needs even if I don't. My only regrets are that I didn't find her sooner and that I can't see her more frequently.
