“Woke up to a constant drip from the tub faucet in the guest bathroom. The last plumber I used said I would have to have an opening cut in the wall leading upstairs if the cartridge had to be replaced. I decided to try a new company and I am so glad I did. I contacted Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air at 6:10am based on many favorable reviews and clicked on the Book Online button on their website. I got a fast text response in 10 minutes and made an appointment for the next day. The company called me at 10am saying they were in my area and had a cancellation and could stop by in the next 5 minutes. Yay! Jose and Terrance arrived and got to work assessing the issue. They quickly diagnosed the need for a new cartridge but promised to try and replace from inside the shower stall without having to cut out the wall. No guarantee but at least they would try. They did it! The cartridge was neatly replaced and they tightened up some sink faucets while they were here. I decided to subscribe to the annual membership program for discounts and to receive plumbing inspections during the year. Highly recommend this company!“

“Update (Mid to late 2024): the guys who came out to install some solar panels a few months back upheld the standards worthy of a 5 star review. And today Jalen ended up resolving an issue they had noticed while monitoring the system on their end. Our loyalty to Right Now Air continues to pay off! “Over the past two years we have used Accurate Air for quite a few updates to our older (1970's) home. In 2015, we had them put in a solar attic fan and a whole house fan. We couldn't be more thrilled with the whole house fan. We had an old, outdated, on it's last legs a/c and furnace and it was no longer cooling the upstairs. It was fine during the day when we were only downstairs, but at night when we would head upstairs to bed it was miserable before the whole house fan. That thing is amazing!! It draws in the cooler air from outside in the evenings and cools down the whole house in a matter of minutes. There are just a couple of days a year here in our climate that it doesn't work as well......those few days we inevitably have where it just won't cool down after sundown. But outside of that it's a lifesaver and has drastically changed the atmosphere of our home. So fast forward to summer of 2016.......a/c finally completely died. It wasn't really working that well to begin with, but it finally totally died. We decided to just finally replace the entire system which was overdue anyway. After asking many questions of Jeff, we decided on a 2 stage system to help with cooling our upstairs. Even though the whole house fan works awesome for the evenings, on really hot days over 100, during the day before we can turn the WH fan on, the upstairs was still miserable. Jeff explained how the 2 stage system worked and how it would help. Yes, it's a bit more money but when you are already spending that much, you may as well get what's going to really work the best for your house. We LOVE our new system!!! Best of all, looking on the PG&E website, I was able to see that on days where we ran our old unit, we were spending about $20 a day......now, when we run the new unit, we spend about $7 a day!!!! Holy moly, that's a savings of $13 a day!!! I calculated that in roughly 8 years or so the unit will have paid for itself! Sue guided us through the whole process of getting some rather nice PG&E rebates that made the whole thing a lot more affordable. And since it was such a great deal with the PG&E rebate we ended up doing some attic insulation as well. With the help of Accurate Air we have turned our old 70's home into an energy efficient home. It's even better when you get to pay a much smaller PG&E bill and be FAR more comfortable in your home at the same time!!“

“The 2 heat pumps that we had installed didn’t work properly when the heat was turned on. I called the installer Rendon to address the problem. Within 3 hours, they sent Anthony over to diagnose the problem. Anthony is very polite and knowledgeable to his work. He fixed the problem, inspected the entire system thoroughly, and even helped me changed two air filters. I appreciate Rendon's quick response and the efficiency and capability of their workers.“

“My Husband and I had our A/C go out in the middle of summer (July) blue mountain came out within a few days and fixed our issue within a week. It was a coil that needed to be replaced.

We had another issue with our A/C on Friday morning, contacted Tyla at Blue Mountain and she sent a technician out the same day! We called at 9am and the technician was here by 10. They were able to fix our problem. This time it was the condenser that needed recharging.
