“We requested a roof inspection since a leak had popped up in our living room. We were told what repairs needed to be made and Alex managed to move appointments around and got us help around the next day or two. He even showed us pictures of what needed repairing after the initial inspection. However, the men he sent to do the work rushed the job. They took probably a total of a two hours and 30 minutes to seal and paint several fixtures and replace a turbine. We went up to check the work and the quality was awful. We contacted Alex and he ended up checking the work for us. He found out a piece had started to burn because of some heating sealant issue and he wasn't happy with the paint job either. Quickly he fixed and repainted all of the work that needed repairing. We were very grateful for his service and the work completed looked amazing! The price was also lower than expected.“
