I only needed 14 stairs and a small landing steam cleaned. Rich was very polite and professional, he arrived on time, and had the job done within one hour. I have 5 animals, so there was a lot of hair, and some stains. But, when Rich was done, it looked fabulous! I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone. I liked the fact that there were no chemicals used, and Rich was very considerate, and wore mask.
