I experienced extreme dizziness that morphed into vertigo extreme nausea I started sweating (I never sweat!) I felt like I was having a heart attack because I'd been having pains in my left arm several days in a row lately~ and I was scared. I was there for about an hour and a half and it was so much better than going to Kaiser emergency room! Been there done that! The ABC method of chiropractic has been the most effective and pain free technique that I’ve found (I’ve been seeing chiropractors since I was a child). I go once a month and it’s made such a difference. I find that getting adjusted regularly prevents most of my nagging pain (my hips and upper back).
