My main sewer line backed up today. I gave Louie a call and he was at my house within a few hours on late notice. He snaked the pipe and had my sewer unclogged with no problems. He even ran a camera through the pipes to make sure everything was good. I highly recommended him for any plumbing services. Luis personally performed our plumbing work, communicated really well and worked hard to give us back our bathrooms. We had used a different, local company that was highly rated and we felt that they did not have the desire to fix their mistakes and instead weaved a bogus story ($$$). Louis and his crew were absolutely awesome. Our water heater had some major problems and he quickly diagnosed the issue identifying the baffle had literally melted off, and snapped. Our unit still had one year left on warranty and this was a manufacture defect, which Louis documented just in case there was push back from the manufacturer. Louis was totally professional, economical, timely and transparent as to what an installation would cost while getting the unit up to code as well replacing plumbing, which was previously soldered on.
