The owner came out and cleaned out carpets, which were in desperate need. . He explained the process and the price when he was finished they looked like new. . Darren at Bell's Chem-Dry does a fantastic job. Responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and gives fair prices. He has twice gotten out stains that others could not, and even offered to come back for free if they returned. He stands behind his work.
