Arthur from All Weather Heating & Air Conditioning did a wonderful job today while doing summer maintenance on my AC unit. I had a problem with my AC not running during the hottest time of day. I thought the problem was with the thermostat. Arthur asked key questions, listened carefully, and determined the issue was with my filter. After successfully troubleshooting the issue with my AC, he discussed ways to optimize my heating and cooling. No hard sell, just shared honest info for me to think about and provided options and valuable recommendations. Wow, where do I start with this company. Art just completed our 1st annual maintenance tune up - another awesome representative of All Weather. He was on time, very professional, likeable, thorough and informative - good sense of humor with a twinkle in his eye. He along with the other All Weather personnel that I've dealth with care about their customers and take pride in the work they do and the service they provide. I'm an extremely satisfied customer!!
