Charles will start your job with the best of intentions, he talks the talk and then come up with a million excuses, and then walk away with your money. Stay far away from this man.
Would leave a negative number review if possible. Owner Charles Littlefield took my money and left the project half completed and lied about inspections. Contractors State Licensing Board is now investigating him for me and I have to take him to court to get some of the money back so I can hire another contractor to complete the project if it is possible. What a mistake. He was supposed to add a covered deck to my house, a 3 week project started in March of 2021. The tiled deck was completed without the framing inspection done under it and now due to weather the tiles are popping up. He gives a bad name to contractors and veterans.
No response when I didn't agree to the full quote. I replied asking for revised quote, no response.
