Would leave a negative number review if possible. Owner Charles Littlefield took my money and left the project half completed and lied about inspections. Contractors State Licensing Board is now investigating him for me and I have to take him to court to get some of the money back so I can hire another contractor to complete the project if it is possible. What a mistake. He was supposed to add a covered deck to my house, a 3 week project started in March of 2021. The tiled deck was completed without the framing inspection done under it and now due to weather the tiles are popping up. He gives a bad name to contractors and veterans.

Charles comes across when you first meet him as professional and honest. He had a contract for our remodel bathroom within 48 hours. We started this remodel in August and by the end of November we had to stop the project because his inexperienced employees hung the wall cabinet upside down. This was the last of multiple mishaps, which included breaking door frame during demolition and then hanging new door wrong, tile installed unevenly and had to be redone and sheet rock placed wrong. We had to have tile redone, sheet rock replaced, texture redone, new paint and fixtures placed. We had to have locks changed because he never returned our key (even though we sent him a self stamped envelope to do so). He stressed how clean and careful his work staff were, but left our hallway carpet soiled and required a professionally cleaner. Initially we were excited to do this remodel. Charles stressed his honesty and his plan to keep us informed and finish in a timely manner. As work progressed we came to doubt the skills of his employees, his lack of supervision and his defensive manner when we questioned him. Despite requests to meet face to face, we never saw him the last 2 months before terminating our contract.
