Accurate Heating

Over the past two years we have used Accurate Air for quite a few updates to our older (1970's) home. In 2015, we had them put in a solar attic fan and a whole house fan. We couldn't be more thrilled with the whole house fan. We had an old, outdated, on it's last legs a/c and furnace and it was no longer cooling the upstairs. It was fine during the day when we were only downstairs, but at night when we would head upstairs to bed it was miserable before the whole house fan. That thing is amazing!! It draws in the cooler air from outside in the evenings and cools down the whole house in a matter of minutes. There are just a couple of days a year here in our climate that it doesn't work as well......those few days we inevitably have where it just won't cool down after sundown. But outside of that it's a lifesaver and has drastically changed the atmosphere of our home. So fast forward to summer of 2016.......a/c finally completely died. It wasn't really working that well to begin with, but it finally totally died. We decided to just finally replace the entire system which was overdue anyway. After asking many questions of Jeff, we decided on a 2 stage system to help with cooling our upstairs. Even though the whole house fan works awesome for the evenings, on really hot days over 100, during the day before we can turn the WH fan on, the upstairs was still miserable. Jeff explained how the 2 stage system worked and how it would help. Yes, it's a bit more money but when you are already spending that much, you may as well get what's going to really work the best for your house. We LOVE our new system!!! Best of all, looking on the PG&E website, I was able to see that on days where we ran our old unit, we were spending about $20 a day......now, when we run the new unit, we spend about $7 a day!!!! Holy moly, that's a savings of $13 a day!!! I calculated that in roughly 8 years or so the unit will have paid for itself! Sue guided us through the whole process of getting some rather nice PG&E rebates that made the whole thing a lot more affordable. And since it was such a great deal with the PG&E rebate we ended up doing some attic insulation as well. With the help of Accurate Air we have turned our old 70's home into an energy efficient home. It's even better when you get to pay a much smaller PG&E bill and be FAR more comfortable in your home at the same time!!

So living in Morgan park and our ac started leaking water right next to the unit. We did the logical thing and told Morgan park who sent one of their handymen, he came in and said they would have to call there group that they rely on. When Alan Tibbett arrived he was friendly and showed me exactly what was going on. He explained that there was a clog and took care of it then fixed a pipe issue, so when I leave Morgan park and my ac is crapping out on me I know I will be calling this group again.

If you need an air/heating company that still believes in Great Customer Service this is definitely the one. Our air conditioner was not working properly on Monday. We were able to call Tuesday morning and got an appt. for later that day. The service rep that came out took the time to listen to my husband and then explained all our options for us, he was fair and honest with his recommendations. Turns out all we needed was a servicing and we could even use one of their online promos !!!!! With the hot summer ahead this is one place I would definitely recommend to service or replace your air conditioner... Friendly, honest and professional.
