My experience with Floortex Design was 100% positive from start to finish. Laura in the Vacaville showroom was outstanding, provided great customer service. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. There were no hassles and no charge for her to come by and measure my rooms.David in installation was terrific too. The installers arrived on time, were very efficient, and did an amazing job installing our carpet, flooring and baseboards and handled our furniture like it was their own - with care!We will definitely use them again!
A special thank you to the floor contractors Avery and Jamie for excellent customer service experience as they were installing the flooring for disabled Vietnm veteran Howard.They have great attention to details and are easy to communicate and accommodating veterans needs as they where working.I initially had veteran at extended stay hotel in the day time but by day 2 he was ready to come home.They adjusted their schedule to make sure they had working bathroom for the veteran and went above and beyond to help accommodate veteran with noise reduction by the 3 rd day.A special thank you to AJ and Manager of Abby Carpet for working with va Adaptive housing for making this... read full review
They have cleaned the carpets at my grandmothers house for years. Most recently about a month ago. The technician remembered my grandmother, wore a mask, and was super nice. Would definitely recommend
