My garage door spring died of old age. I couldn't secure my garage door as a result. They offer say day service (at a reasonable rate) and got to my home quickly. I could not speak highly enough of the tech. He took the time to show and explain the issues, was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend.

My older garage door stopped working, I pulled the lever and the door dropped like a stone. First on facebook I asked for suggestions of businesses, and I called EVERY one, Being as it was a Saturday, none of them were open, and no one could help me. I needed my car! I found A-1 online and someone answered the phone! A nice young man was there within 2 hours! I knew there were problems with the door, and I believe he was totally fair in his assessment and the prices were reasonable. Even the Emergency fee was reasonable--I was in a big bind and before I found them I was beginning to get stressed because no one else was available!
