My garage door spring died of old age. I couldn't secure my garage door as a result. They offer say day service (at a reasonable rate) and got to my home quickly. I could not speak highly enough of the tech. He took the time to show and explain the issues, was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend.
i personally enjoy the knowledge of the service being preformed. i seem a single worker handle 16 ft garage door panels and hardware, motor and tracks included, and installed a clean closing rebuilt garage door project. very
My older garage door stopped working, I pulled the lever and the door dropped like a stone. First on facebook I asked for suggestions of businesses, and I called EVERY one, Being as it was a Saturday, none of them were open, and no one could help me. I needed my car! I found A-1 online and someone answered the phone! A nice young man was there within 2 hours! I knew there were problems with the door, and I believe he was totally fair in his assessment and the prices were reasonable. Even the Emergency fee was reasonable--I was in a big bind and before I found them I was beginning to get stressed because no one else was available! He also siliconed all my hinges and wheels and gave suggestions on how to seal the bottom of the door. Definitely will use them in the future!
