Emily is amazing and the best at what she does! She did my hair for my wedding in May and made me feel so beautiful for my special day. I was unsure if I wanted a half up half down or all the way up in a messy bun. For my trial she listened to excatly what I wanted and started with the half hair and then moved to showing my what the bun would look like. She never made me feel like I was ever asking for to much and she was so supportive. Any concern I had she listened to and changed right away to make it perfect. The day of the wedding she made everything perfect and I would change absolutly nothing about my hair. She is so sweet and kind, she even took to the time to put a little gel in my dads hair becasue we kind of forgot about his hair the day of! This is my second review in 8 days. My daughter and I went to get pedicures today. My daughter got the collagen pedicure and I got the signature pedicure. We wanted to see how Pink Nail Care others service compare to our usual pedi spot, because of the welcoming and friendly vibe from our first visit. We can confirm still a very welcoming and friendly vibe. Ashley did a very awesome signature pedicure it consists of scrub, lotion with heated towels and hot stones. I appreciated Ashley ensuring the temperature of the towels and stones were not too hot. Very detailed, perfect nail trim for my extra curved nail type and my polish was done to perfection. Mindy did another awesome collagen pedicure it consisted of salt scrub, honey scrub, moisture mask, butter cream lotion with heated towels, callus removal, paraffin wax and hot stones. Mindy also ensured the towels and stones were not too hot. Mindy was very detailed, great nail trim for my daughter's nail type and went the extra mile when she requested multiple nail polish colors, Mindy was happy to do so. They also consistently check to make sure we are hydrated with their large selection of non-alcoholic drinks and alcoholic drinks. We have found a great new nail spot and would suggest to everyone try Pink Nail Care. If you are looking for great service, great ambiance.

Booked it with the receptionist, but because I was a first time customer I did have to pay up 50% which was a great thing because I probably would've chickened out lol. I walked into the salon today and was able to get an appointment same day. They were very accommodating to my busy schedule. I saw Rebekah J. She was amazing. I showed her what I wanted in a cut and she also made recommendations to me. She was so sweet!! My hair came out fantastic and she fixed my bangs that I cut myself. This review is for Emily. She has been cutting my hair for years since she worked at Chadbournes in Fairfield. I followed her when she began cutting hair at the Beauty Box. Emily was referred to me by a friend. Emily is a great stylist. She keeps up with trends, is friendly, and is very talented. If you ask her if a style will look good, she is honest and supportive of trying new things. She will tell you if something is not a great fit if you don't want to change your routine or if its's not flattering. Her prices are reasonable and her customer service is great. As for the actual salon, it's very clean. They have some upgraded amenities to make your time there feel elevated but never snooty. The stylists and other pros have a nice rapport. Very welcoming establishment. Emily and the cute salon vibe make driving 25 miles to my haircut worth it.

I've been coming to this salon for about 7-8 months after my hair stylists recommendation. We have an abundance of nail salons in Vacaville so when your appointment consistently gets bumped by walk-ins, you move to another salon. I have NEVER had to wait for my appointment here. Everyone is also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Last night, as I was backing out of the parking lot, Mary came running outside and stopped my car saying that I tipped her too much? Confused, I said that I meant to tip her that amount (I always do) and she then showed me that two $20 bills were stuck together?? And then handed me my $20 through the window This is why Pro Nails has been in business this long!! And they also give the most AMAZING pedicures!! I will NEVER go to another salon

I have been a client of Lisa for almost 30 years. She always does a great job for me. If there is anything I’m not 100% satisfied with (I can be picky), she will do whatever it takes to make it right for me. It’s a rare occasion that I need anything fixed really.
She recently started doing eyelash extensions, and she’s been doing an amazing job. (This is probably the area where I’ve been the pickiest! I’m more into the “natural” and she loves the “glamorous” styles on me but we’ve found the look I love and they’ve lasted for a long time between fills. If they hadn’t though, I know Lisa would fix them for me in a heartbeat! I highly recommend her salon and if you ever have something done and you’re not 100% absolutely satisfied, give her the opportunity to make it right for you. We’re all human and not perfect so give businesses a chance to correct the things that displease you before bashing them online! Trust that I wouldn’t stay loyal to someone for 30 years if they didn’t give good service!

I was recommended to Salon Philosophie by a friend and it was the BEST recommendation ever!! This was probably my fourth or fifth time at the shop. At my appointment I walked in, and Sophia asked me where was my bag that I normally have my hair in for my crochet braids. At that moment I realized I forgot my hair at home. Now mind you, I live about 11/2 hours away. When Sophia realized what happen, her and her sister Ophelia started to figure out what to do.Sophia started calling some of her clients to see if they had extra braiding hair…once she located the hair she called one of her sisters to pick it up and bring it to the shop for me. Most salons would not go the extra mile to help and you would just be out of luck. What I LOVED most about Sophia's response when I told her how much I appreciated the effort, was "of course I wasn't going to let you leave without your hair done." Had a wonderful experience at Straight or Knot Salon with stylist Aurora Renee. I came to her with long thick and curly dark brown hair, that she transformed into this beautiful color you see before you. I have very sensitive eyes. The glue for strip-lashes irritates my eyes. In the past; whenever I tried lash extensions, my eyes ended up irritated and very red . This was my first time going to this place and I must say it’s very cute in there!! Liberty was awesome. She did an amazing job on my lashes and she also educated me about my previous work and my eyelashes that I had done when I came in to see her. She will now be my new person to do my lashes. Recently lost one of our cattle dogs. She was part of family. Met with Junior and little him run with it. I wanted a realistic portrait. Boy did he deliver!!!. Anyone who sees it will know it's Ellie. Could not be happier with the result. Junior was very meticulous and friendly. He will be doing any more tattoos that either by wife or myself get. She wants Ellies collar with her paw print in the middle. We can't wait to see his design.

Got my first tattoo with Jeff at EVT. AMAZING artist, session was smooth, low pain (mostly an annoying sensation as opposed to pain). Good vibes all around. Jeff is a cool guy, easy to get along with, and he will make sure everything is done smoothly. I also appreciate the efforts Jeff made yo sanitize the work space. Jeff's rate is very fair, too, especially considering the incredible work he does.

Ivan did a great job on a couple moderate leaks we had on the main line coming into the house. He had minor issues measuring out the valve placements and irrigation section. He was done in about an hour and leaks are completely gone.
My main sewer line backed up today. I gave Louie a call and he was at my house within a few hours on late notice. He snaked the pipe and had my sewer unclogged with no problems. He even ran a camera through the pipes to make sure everything was good. I highly recommended him for any plumbing services. Budget plumbing is a great local company I will definitely use in the future.

We used Shane over 7 years ago at our first house when we had an electrical outlet issue. He went above and beyond for that experience and I've had his number in my phone since. We sold that house and bought our current home just under two years ago. We've been meaning to call Shane to add some outlets and fan rated boxes in our ceilings but been busy. Fast forward to today, July 2nd, I found my external electrical panel smoldering. With quick thinking from my neighbors & myself, the damage was just to the inside of the panel (thanks Fairfield Fire and Tyler with PG&E as well) and everyone is fine. We started calling/texting every electrician we knew as this weekend is the first scorcher in Solano County and we have two kids and a dog.. and of course it had to be 4th of July weekend. Many were out of town, some could come this afternoon to look at it, one gave an outrageous quote (probably because of the holiday weekend), and then Shane called me back. I explained that we've been calling people and told him about the quote. He said it shouldn't be that expensive and people were just taking advantage. He explained he lives in Sac but could have one of his guys come out. Brandon came out an hour later, did a thorough inspection, and got to work. He was able to get a few parts from Lowes and got us up and running in 2 hours. Much appreciated on a holiday weekend! Highly recommended.

His installation crew ran by Billy, very cool guy, were extremely professional, clean, diligent and respectful in our home. They found a way to hide my massive bundle of electronic's wire/cable to where it's completely hidden. There was an incident where one small computer wire was accidentally cut and was afraid I would have to run a new one, yet his crew was able to repair it in minutes. They also moved all furniture several times back and forth to facilitate flooring installation. Was extremely happy with price, quality of material and installation not to mention clean up.

I'm very satisfied with the bathroom remodel Dave performed. As a first time home owner burned by previous contractors, I was a little nervous about going through another remodel. Dave was very patient with me, on time everyday, and honest about what he was going to do. There were a few hiccups along the way but Dave stood by his promises and returned to fix and touch up a few things. I used to hate going in this bathroom and now it's my favorite room!! I'd love to have him come back to handle some other projects and recommend his services to others.
We used Allied Builders to remodel a kitchen. Fairly extensive, move replace cabinets and appliances. Install counters tops new cabinets, and install new flooring. They did the work as described, good quality. Very responsive to our particular needs. We also have dogs, they were very cognizant of the dogs, making sure they didn't escape when the workers were coming and going etc. Very accomodating, the guys very trustworthy etc. We plan on some more flooring in the future and will use them again.Services: Tile work installation

David and his co-worker arrived on time, as scheduled, kept me informed throughout the inspection process, promised me a report at a designated time and delivered it as promised. His report confirmed previous diagnosis - but his repairs came in at a price that was way below the other guy, and his scope of work included correcting the what caused the problem in the first place.
We've had them for pest control for the last year. Amazing! Even when we have activity they redo our scheduling so they can come sooner and always give us a heads up when they will be there. Love our technician, love the company, love the price. Thank you Kast Pest Control for helping us worry about one less thing!
I've had Sentient perform exclusion on two homes I've lived in and have always been so impressed by their attention to detail and craftsmanship. They've noticed entry points that rodents were entering I would have never noticed. I've also had them pigeon proof our solar panels and the the netting looks really nice and blends in with the roof and panels. The best thing I can say was during the pigeon proofing they found some glued/cracked roof tiles our home builder tried to cover up. We had a couple spares that Sentient cut and installed for us. Not a lot of tradesman have that kind of integrity to pause the job and show the homeowner problems on the roof unrelated to the job. Can't sing their praises enough. Definitely will hire them again in the future if we ever move!

We hired A-2-Z to do a large project in our back yard earlier this spring. The project included removing the old yard, replacing the sprinkler system, sodding the new yard, and weed control on a hill. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work from Zach and his crew. Plus, they were very friendly and got the job done in a timely manner despite severe weather challenges! I would highly recommend A-2-Z for any project.
We choose Rodriguez because his pricing was the most competitive and reasonable compared to the other three landscapers we were looking at. Rodriguez ALWAYS stayed true to his word and his pricing. I appreciated his payment system; he collects payment once each project is done (once concrete was finished, you give payment for concrete. Once turf was installed, you give payment for turf etc.) In the end, Rodriguez has an eye for your vision and even gives you the best recommendations to make sure everything looks perfect! The backyard turned out exactly how I envisioned it in my drawings. We will continue to use Rodriguez for all future backyard needs 5/5. Thanks Rodriguez!

Behr Landscaping Inc. has 3 qualities I look for: (1) proper licensing, insurance, etc., (2) skills and (3) something beyond standard paperwork and skills. I provided Chris, the owner, with a sketch of what I wanted for the backyard. He walked through the space, listened AND heard my requests and provided his recommendations. He then quickly turned-around a sketch and quote to confirm what I envisioned for the backyard. I requested the project be done in 2 to 3 phases, and he was very accommodating. To date, we've completed 2 of the 3 phases (including concrete walkways, pavers, decomposed granite, privacy trees, drought tolerant plants, fruit trees and lighting), and I look forward to working with Chris and his crew on the 3rd phase.Chris, the owner, answers all questions quickly. Chris and his crew are consistently on time, professional, hard working and kind. Chris, Gerardo (leading the crew) and the crew all worked cohesively and as a team. Chris, knowing over the course of this project, that I liked a certain plant, he took the initiative and let me know that an owner of another project was removing the same plant, and offered it to me so it would not be thrown away. Very thoughtful. I recommend this family owned company and his crew.

An absolutely pleased customer!!! I have worked with this company last year when I needed bushes removed from my yard that were causing major allergies around our area. Tony was so quick to respond, and was readily available. I think one of the best things about this business is that you tell him what you want done and he gets the job done very well! He updates you on the yard work completed and is SUPER REASONABLELY PRICED!! Every time I ask him about the price after I name different yard work around my yard, he surprises me with such a great price especially in today's economy. I already referred my mother to him because he is such a great landscaper and does amazing work. He even looked at other tasks and gave suggestions on dead bushes (didn't even realize the bushes were dead) to remove and knew about the plants in the backyard and how to care for them. I've been going to Vaca Valley Chiropractic for several months. My aches and pains have been steadily decreasing and my general condition has been improving. The staff is courteous and helpful. The doctors are excellent and are always pleasant. This is a good Chiropractic clinic.

I experienced extreme dizziness that morphed into vertigo extreme nausea I started sweating (I never sweat!) I felt like I was having a heart attack because I'd been having pains in my left arm several days in a row lately~ and I was scared. I just feel so sick (We all know how it gets awful when you're sick!) These guys took such good care of me. I am so impressed. I was there for about an hour and a half and it was so much better than going to Kaiser emergency room! Been there done that! And I thought about a couple of other chiropractors that I had been to In my 50 years experience with chiropractors who are the front line of my medical care....and I can't imagine getting that kind of care with the other chiropractors. So thank you guys so much. I will never forget how wonderful you were for me today, Dr Simon ~it really meant so much!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Baxley for at least two years and have been very happy. The ABC method of chiropractic has been the most effective and pain free technique that I’ve found (I’ve been seeing chiropractors since I was a child). I go once a month and it’s made such a difference. I find that getting adjusted regularly prevents most of my nagging pain (my hips and upper back). I work as a massage therapist and perform a lot of repetitive movements and can definitely feel the negative effects but after a session with Dr. Baxley I feel taller and pain free!
Dr. Conner is professional, personable, and very efficient with his time. When I go in it's quick and painless. He usually has 2-3 other patients there and you can tell he hears them out and listens to what their concerns are. He knows his stuff and the best part is, if you have Kaiser they are covered under their insurance. Highly recommend him and his staff they never ever give me problems just sweet relief from my neck pain.

I arrived at the clinic 01/26/2023 @ 10:15 for my DOT medical card renewal and I was done in 20 minutes. The two lady staff were very nice and the doctor was very good. He was patient and took his time taking care of what I needed. I will definitely come back.Happy patient,Emerson

I had to come back. I have to start by saying I used to go here about a year ago. Due to my insurance I had to find a new place that took it. I did and was not pleased with the results and the drive to Concord. When our insurance started to give us an FSA card, I called and asked if they take it? They do! Dr. Knych knows his stuff. I was ALWAYS impressed with this place. I am so happy to be back!
The folks here are great. I had great relief after one appointment and even more so after two. Prices are affordable, they went over my X-rays and let me know how to proceed with care and the like.
I don't want to come back, only because I don't want my back to blow out again. If it does, I know where to find a good chiropractor.

Dr. A and his entire staff have gone above and beyond for my animals. He is a veterinarian that really takes the time to explain what is going on with your pet. Elizabeth, (a long time tech at Dr. A's) is so extremely knowledgeable and she really loves animals.As busy as vet clinics have been over the past few years, Dr. A never rushes the appointment. I've had a few Cavalier King Charles Spaniels that I took to Dr. A over the past 10 years and he has treated them so well. I also have had cats that saw Dr. A. He is very gentle with them and his techs do a phenomenal job. I recently sent a few family members to see Dr. A and his team...they were also really happy with the care their dogs received.
Rocky is 14 plus years and thanks to the team at Family Pet Hospital and Dr. Singh Tocky keeps on going stron.
Dr. Angel is the best vet I’ve ever seen, he and his staff love the animals and have a real passion for taking loving care of the animals. Absolutely love the office, Victoria, and all of his incredible people. Gives sound advice and is always there for you in an emergency!

Dr. K and her staff at Oak Animal Hospital are truly amazing. They take the time to listen to you, completely exam your animal and not rush the appointment time at all. I have been going here for over 14 years and each vet has been exceptional. They don’t push extra tests or costs and are wonderful vets!
I went in distraught with what to do with my cat Jasper. I wasn’t expecting it but he passed away that day with Vaca Valley Vet. I came home today to a letter with his paw prints and nose prints.. I thank them so much for that. Something I wish I could’ve done. They are an amazing hospital/clinic. The sympathy and care while I was there and even after is unmatched. I am forever grateful for this establishment. Thank you for giving me what I regretted not getting.
I recently had the best vet experience I've ever had here. Every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, kind and patient. The doctor himself explained things thoroughly and anticipated the question I would have asked - what would he do if it were his cat?
I also wanted to add that I know a lot of people dislike masks but I showed up with my respirator and felt relieved that they were wearing surgical masks so I didn't have to worry as much about my kitty bringing home an infection that could hurt me (or him).
We have a followup appointment and feel lucky to have found this place.

Amazing Place Dr. Dhaliwal gave me an extra 3 months with my pup when all these new school vets who charged an arm and leg told me he would only last 3 days. Im so very thankful for all the staff and the Dr for treating my pup special i drove 1hr and a half to get there and they fit me in same day.
I noticed often the people who are complaining on here tend to have issues with communication. I am going to state that if you are a decent communicator, and don't plan on leaving your animal for the visit alone, but rather waiting with the animal as is customary at a veterinary office, you should be fine. My animals have been going here since 2021 and I have never had any issues. I will recommend that you schedule for a day you have off or first thing in the morning. Sometimes it can take quite a while (up to 30 min or so extra) to be seen due to the amount of animals they take as clients at this location. This has only happened a few times, but you must be aware that other animals may take longer due to having special needs. It's not all about you. However, I have never worried about waiting because my animals always get the concern and attention they deserve the length of their visit. I recommend being responsible and making sure that you have the time that day and are there for your animal. Please also be aware that if you have a desire to get your animal the rabies vaccine that you make sure you get it within a timely manner and the time for your animal to get it has not already expired, as you must get the three-year vaccine within the time frame for it to count. Remember that the rabies vaccine whether one year or the three year, are really the exact same vaccine with Petco (and most other vets). Most dog owners know this and make sure to plan for the rabies vaccine to be given within the prior time before expiration. Stay on top of your animals records and you should be fine. Vetco will always email the records after the visit. This is exceedingly convenient. Furthermore, they will willingly help you out with prescriptions if there's ever a hiccup and they are very kind. I recently had to call them and request a refill with a different pharmacy and the pharmacy order was filled within 30 minutes. They are definitely on top of things. I have never had any issues when I have scheduled on a day off or at the beginning of the day. Every appointment has gone very smoothly and we have gone here for both routine and advanced care with no issues ever. The staff and veterinarian are very caring and thorough. Yes, it can be sometimes pricey but that is the price that you pay for quality care. And no, they do not treat you worse because you are a Vital Care Premier member. On the contrary, I have been treated extremely well. It sounds like a personal problem for certain people. I know it sounds like I am kissing the behind of everyone here, but after reading several reviews that clearly were the owner's fault if you are an aware person who has owned animals for more than a few years, and has gone here many times because they have a dog with special needs - I can tell you that the reviews are exceedingly misleading, and not at all reflective of actual experiences. I feel it is my obligation to state the truth about going with this hospital.

What can I say, I love CPVV. I’m addicted. LOL. All of the instructors are awesome and so knowledgeable. With my time schedule change, I attend the classes after 4:00 pm. My favorite instructors are Rhea, Sheila, Hillary and Brianna.

I was amazed that someone answered my DM on Instagram and extremely cared for about the pain I was in. Amanda did wonders for me I hadn't gotten a massage since prior to Covid shutdowns. I had CBD, cupping deep tissue, the works! Was I sore for half a day yes but absolutely worth how I feel right now. Thank you Amanda and Blissful Massage you did not disappoint.

My friend and I drove from Sacramento for the 'half day' spa package. This includes a 30 minute soak in a hot tub, in a private room. The water was cool, so we asked to have it heated up and by the end of our time it was just about hot. Next was the 1 hour facial. This I give 10 stars for. Relaxing and it felt wonderful. The lady was super sweet and knowledgeable. Next came the 1 hour massage. It was ok (3 stars). I asked a few times for the focus to be only on my back and a little on my feet. More time should have been on my back as I asked. The hot foot 'treatment' and back exfoliation was done during the hour massage. I would rather skip that and just get a massage. The setting inside is nice and everyone was friendly. I would come back again.
5 stars. All 3 of my lessons were great and helped me get my license. Totally recommend for anyone learning to drive.
I should have posted this over a year ago. Dale taught my daughter how to drive and I'm glad I went with him. He actually gave her homework and didn't have her run errands like I found out years later that my older two children did when they were learning with a different school.I would reccomend him.
Peter came highly recommended when we were looking for instructors for our 15 year old. Peter was patient and thorough with his instructions over the three sessions and really helped our daughter get comfortable behind the wheel. She passed her driving exam on the first try. Thank you Peter for all your help. We will be in touch for our younger daughter!
