So I want to counter this one star review I read for someone not calling back. I don't do inspections for Noble Realty.. but no one ever gets a one star for not calling back. That's complete Bs.. agents are busy and this company does care about their clients. With that I'll give a five star to counter the 1 star..
The main water shut-off on my house was plastic and old and I was unable to even close off the valve in the street. LaSalle made an immediate appointment (not weeks out like everyone else), showed up on time, replaced my house valve with new brass, tested it all and was done quickly.David was courteous, competent, confident, cost-effective, and I will definetly call him for my next project, replacing a fifteen year old water heater and associated plumbing. (oh . . . yay, )Thanks David.
Last time my house was roofed, I did it but as my roofing aged, so did I. I have never hired a contractor before but Buddy was highly recommended by several friends. Estimate was honest and on target. Roof repairs were made as needed, which made it within my budget. Roof was finished in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Lipscomb Roofing to anyone and everyone. (A big plus, as a woman a lot of men poo poo you, they want to talk to a man about manly things!! Buddy never talked down to me or discounted my opinion. I really appreciated that.)
