Our tankless water heater was on its last leg, so we decided to install a new one. My sister had just installed with Stanley Plumbing, and had highly recommended them. I had priced around for tankless water heaters, and Stanley Plumbing was reasonably priced compared to others I had contacted. Don Stanley was on time for the installation, explained the process, and even contacted the “Noritz” company to register the water heater. He gave us paperwork to claim a credit on our taxes, and also gave us information on a rebate with the gas company. He picked up all debris, and did a nice clean job. The plumbing Professional arrived on time and was prepared. Mr. Stanley was articulate and friendly during our visit. The removal of the old unit took some time and effort and Mr. Stanley was efficient and clean. The installation of the new unit was pretty quick and the end result looks clean and neat. The newly installed array of copper tubing was arranged symmetrically in an attractive pattern. All in all, we are very happy with Stanley Plumbing. From the beginning Stanley plumbing was excellent. He explained things to me on the phone and then again when he got here. He fixed our leaky tankless water heater quickly and competently. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone with tankless water heater issues.Service: Water heater repair
