I did the 90 minute Reiki massage with Annette and it was so worth it! I went into the session in a very dark place and desperately needed some mental and emotional peace. We did some breathing exercises at the start and discussed what I was seeking out of the session. Annette came from a place of full understanding and empathy. I have been working with Annette for about 5 months now, sometimes weekly, sometimes less frequently. I sought her help after I broke 3 ribs last fall and the fascia around the area just would not heal many months later. After about 3 sessions with her, the pain was completely gone and has not returned. I really look forward to my sessions with Annette - she is knowledgeable in muscular anatomy, no doubt, but she is more importantly, an incredibly intuitive healer.
