“During the heavy rains this past winter we noticed there was water dripping between the gutters and the fascia boards. We put calls in to several roofers, some that had done work on the roof previously, but only Anthony responded. There were no leaks, and Anthony managed to find the time in his very busy schedule to inspect the roof and identified the reason for the issue.
As this was in the middle of heavy rains, and there were many other people that had much more serious problems requiring immediate attention, Anthony explained that our tile roof was still good, but based on the age of the house, he recommended that we have the tiles removed, new paper laid down, and the tiles then replaced. True to his word, Anthony touched base with us a couple months later, came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and the sections of fascia that had been affected, checked under some tiles, took photos of areas of concern, and gave clear explanations of his recommendations. He answered our questions, provided options, and gave us time to consider and do our own research into the various scenarios for repairs that he had suggested.
He allowed my husband and I time to discuss all the information and to look into financing options without any pressure. When we did make our decisions, we notified Anthony that we were ready to proceed.
Anthony and his crew arrived within minutes of his promised arrival time each day that they worked. Before the end of their work day, they made certain to clean up any debris that had fallen around the areas they had worked on, and took special care to clean up after the job was completed.
Anthony and his crew were at all times professional, courteous, and conscientious. The estimates he provided were in line with those we had found when we did our research and also corresponded to what our friends had paid to have their roof done a couple years ago.
