Dumped us after being loyal clients for over 20 & sent numerous referrals to them. Received a "termination letter" just last December. Letter came from an employee there that I've never even heard of. Thanks alot Karen & Rosa for putting me in this predicament months after moving and just before tax time.

Well we were loyal customers for about 20 years now I believe. We referred customers to them and I know one of them for sure is still using them. For years I went to Karen and always had great conversations with her and liked her very much. As they got bigger we were given Rosa and that's who we sent our stuff to. Also use them to handle my mom's trust account. Their prices would go up every year and we were paying a hefty amount but still stayed with them.
