I stoped by recently to try out a class and I loved it. I don't know much at all about martial arts in general but I knew I wanted to be part of something that would allow me to become fit and maintain an active lifestyle. I initially wrote to Chrissy about my interest in joining and she was very professional and kind. The personnel here were super friendly and all said hello immediately as I walked in. I didn't spend any time watching and the instructor allowed me to get on the mat and get started even if I didn't know anything. I initially dropped by looking to train in escrima, but I got to experience excellent instruction in various striking, grappling and weapons techniques which exceeded my expectations. The facility is top notch; cleanliness and a very welcoming atmosphere. There are numerous experienced martial artists that are black belts in various disciplines that also train here, and they stay because there's always a new lesson to learn. No egos here, everyone looks to do their best and help each other to become better. Highly recommend this kali school for everyone either you're a beginner or a seasoned martial artist. Everyone and anyone who comes here leaves their ego outside once they enter no matter what belt and style in martial arts they are in. And there are students who are black belt from different style come to practice here.The teacher asks more from each and every student to give his absolute best and more in order to succeed in belt ranking. It is not a typical martial arts school that gives promotion easily to their students just to have them coming back to enroll.
