IVVS really came to the rescue when I had to rush my dog in. However, I am giving it three stars because of two reasons: 1) We arrived around 7:15pm or so and we left around 10pm. It took a long time but I think there was only one vet available and they had multiple patients. 2) The bill… This really threw me off because they don’t offer convenient payment options that don’t require applying for a credit card or paying in full. I did however get the price lowered but my savings were just flushed down the toilet. Took my 8 month lab in for Parvo the same day I found out he had it. They gladly accepted him & even offered me a list of other facilities so I could check pricing. I know how quickly parvo turns fatal so I paid the $5K deposit (ouch) & they admitted him immediately. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because I never received a call back for an update after I requested twice. On thanksgiving, I had to drive back and speak to the vet in person so I could have some peace of mind, but it was a holiday and I was grateful that someone was available to speak with us. At 4:30 am I was greeted with helpful smiles. Very professional establishment. The Vet on duty was very thorough and made myself and my Dexter comfortable even though my baby had to cross over to the rainbow. My heart will never heal... Missing my dog Dexter, terribly. Thanks so much for what you all do!
