Victor is the man!!! Highly responsive, excellent communication, and a job well done all around at an amazing price. I live in Northern California, and my property manager knew of you guys and put in a service call for a new thermostat and a refrigerant top-up. Victor came to the rescue immediately, and I couldn't be more satisfied with how easy he made this ordeal, being that I live 12 hours north. Thank you, Goldbaum's!!!
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Daniel for fixing my air conditioner today. Thanks to him, I won't have to endure a sweltering weekend. Daniel's positive attitude, professionalism, and sense of humor were truly remarkable. He swiftly identified the issue and replaced the necessary components. I had water pooling underneath my a/c unit and called Goldbaum's after finding them on Yelp, visiting their website and submitting the online service request. An appointment was made by phone and confirmed by text. I had a technician (Daniel) at my door within two hours. Daniel quickly deduced it was a clogged line. He was very efficient in clearing the line and installed a device that will prevent future pooling, all at a very reasonable price. Daniel showed me how to sanitize the line going forward.
