This is a professional office building located conveniently in Downtown Upland. Ample 3 hours public parking and good size office suites for rent. Premises kept very clean. The Office spaces available to tenants 24/7/365. Open to the public during business hours. Walking distance which is literally hop and a skip to shops and restaurants. 2 blocks south is a Metrolink stop if taking a train ride. Very clean restrooms with coded keypad door locks. Came here to attend CPR/ First Aid sessions. CPR CINDY holds her authorized AHA Training Center here.
