A HUGE THANK YOU to Optima Salon Suites Upland and their entire team! They are not charging us for our lease during the closure. Instead they are tacking the amount of time we are closed to the end of our lease. That's a great decision for both them and us. They don't have to do this. Many landlords are not helping their tenants. So relieved and so very helpful. They have stayed in close contact with us and have answered every question and concern.

This review is long overdue. I've been going to Diana since July 2019 for facials, skin care product and I've gotten a lash lift. I've been to her Upland location, now her Claremont location and will be going to her Arcadia location. Diana is a professional. She makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. Her work area is always clean which is very important. I've seen improvement in my skin since going to her. I've also purchased products that I absolutely love and recommend: vitamin C and the matte face moisturizer from image skincare. The people I've referred have nothing but good things to say. I honestly wouldn't know what to do without Diana! Im a regular at getting my brazilians done with her, i've gone to several people for this service and Diana is my fav, she's super gentle and will take her time with your service, she makes sure there's always something to talk about so you're not thinking about the wax too much so you won't even feel a thing.You will not be disappointed!
