My husband's family has been coming here even before we got married. Now there's 3 generations of our family that come to Dr. So for all our optometry needs. I can't say enough about Dr. So, who is thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. I trust his test results to be accurate every time. His staff, from Philip to Liz, Jan and the other ladies, are equally competent and kind. They also have a decent selection of designer frames. I have to wear prescription glasses all the time, so I gladly splurge on fashionable ones. For me, there is no one better than Dr. So and his team in the IE.

This team is great everyone is super friendly and Dr. SO is fantastic, really knows his stuff. I have been to several eye docs over the years and he is very technical comparatively. Doesn't try to upsell like other Optometrists I have been to. His main office dude is way over the top friendly and a genuinely good guy who bends over backwards for customer service. Which you really dont have to do at the eye doc but should, and it goes a long way with the patient experience there. They have a clean office and updated technology for diagnosis. The doctor listened to my concerns and found alternatives for my contacts. Shoutout to Phillip for always being so personable and for taking care of us!
