After seeing their add on Facebook this morning I called and the owner (Jim) answered. He answered all my questions over the phone and allowed me to make an appointment to visit the Show Room that same afternoon. When I arrived he greeted me showed me inside and clearly explained everything there was to know about the spa that I was thinking of purchasing.
