Jacob was outstanding replacing our leaking Rheem water heater. He removed the old one and returned to the place of purchase, picked up replacement (still under warranty) and installed with no problems. Very professional and would recommend Collier, especially Jacob, if you need any water heater work. Well done.

Collier replaced our 17 year old tankless water heater. Their price was fair. They came when they said they would. The installer was neat and professional. We like the Noritz unit they recommended very much.

First time call this co. for a water heater parts replacement. We already received the thermostat from manufacturer and Collier sent a tech for the job. He checked and found that the sensor is also bad which I don't have but could have the manufacturer send since it was under parts warranty. The very nice gentleman used the part that he has in his van, replaced it with no extra charge. ordered the part from the manufacturer and told me that he will come back to pick up the sensor when shipment arrived from the manufacturer. Instead of having us wait for couple more days without hot water, or having us pay for the part if we chose not to wait....I can't say enough... read full review
