Drivers are inconsiderate dirt bags. Had one run a red light to cut me off (I was on the 94, doing 55mph, he ran the light coming out of the casino) then proceeded to do 10-15 under the speed limit because he couldn't get off his phone.
I can't get through the horrible phone system after you put your phone no in. I'm standing in my garage trying to restore hot water because my plot out and I can't speak to anyone in the office REALLY This phone system is unprofessional and poor customer Service.
Not impressed. I called four days ago for a possible service in the Martinsburg, WV area and even sent then photos of two shut off/on valves to be replaced and never hear back. Terrible service if they are that busy but have NO response after 4 days is bad business. I looked elsewhere for better customer service, and they are coming out to repair in TWO DAYS.
