Pilates is new for me and I whole heartedly recommend Bourne Pilates! It is immaculately clean, warm and inviting. April is wonderfully encouraging and she has a deep knowledge of the body and how the equipment can be used to best facilitate your health and fitness journey. Anyone interested in fitness, flexibility, and health would be well advised to give Bourne Pilates a try!
