Steven did an amazing job! Our lovely rug was looking really bad. He came in and first shared his game plans and goals. After attempting to "steam" clean a bedroom carpet by using the Rug Doctor, we initially hand scrubbed the stained area with home made compounds, we still were not completely satisfied with our results. We did a search for local carpet steam cleaners and after speaking with a few companies we chose Steven with Blue Chip Steamers. I recently purchased a newly renovated house that had construction people in and out of it so before moving in I wanted to get the floors cleaned. I contacted Blue Chips and they did a great job!
