Steven did an amazing job! Our lovely rug was looking really bad. He came in and first shared his game plans and goals. After attempting to "steam" clean a bedroom carpet by using the Rug Doctor, we initially hand scrubbed the stained area with home made compounds, we still were not completely satisfied with our results. We did a search for local carpet steam cleaners and after speaking with a few companies we chose Steven with Blue Chip Steamers. His attentiveness and responsiveness on the phone without any pressure was just the start of why we chose Blue Chip Steamers. Steven was able to accommodate us with same day service on a holiday weekend, now that is Service! I recently purchased a newly renovated house that had construction people in and out of it so before moving in I wanted to get the floors cleaned. I contacted Blue Chips and they did a great job! Very professional and has all the tools to get the job done. I will definitely be using them for my future cleaning needs
