I freaking love this place. Eyeleen did such a great job on my nip piercings and she definitely took the time to make sure I am okay and knowing I can stop at any time and made it fun. She thoroughly went through with the AFTERCARE process for me a few times to make sure I don't get an infection and just delivered such a great experience to me. Let's not forget about the AMBIANCE of the shop. It is very much giving Spooky vibes and I loved it and the waiting area was not only comfy but cute and some great reference Material for not only tattoo ideas but also additional piercings. I literally have already made another appointment for another piercing because not only why not but because they made me feel welcome to do it again and definitely gonna be the spot to get my next tattoo. I love this place after a long search trying to find a piercer for my infant I found this place Irene was amazing omg if I could give more than 5 I would she took care of me and my four month old piercings I love the way she measured my baby ears first before piercing her ear and picked the right jewelry for her ears so if you need your baby ears pierced this is the place to go Irene thank you sooooooo much and I will be back

Came in to get my 10mo old baby's ears pierced. We were interested in piercings done by needle rather than guns after doing some research. Eyerene assured me that we were in good hands and she is absolutely right about that. She requires a consultation visit before the actual piercing visit. During the consultation, she measured my daughter's ear lobes and we discussed the different options of baby jewelry. She purchases the earrings from her trusted jeweler. We weren't very picky with the kind of jewelry, as long as it was comfortable and secure for our baby. Eyerene is very patient and understanding when it comes to infants. She was very straightforward and direct as far as expectations and the process. On piercing day, she took her time to ensure our baby was comfortable. She pierced one side, explained the after care process while our baby cried it out a bit, and then proceeded to do the other side as soon as she calmed down. It was fairly quick, quicker than i expected. Not only was Eyerene patient, considerate, understanding, and direct but she prepared an after care kit with everything we would need to keep her piercings clean while it heals. I especially appreciated that she presoaked all the cotton swabs and pads so i didn't have to go out and buy a bottle of something we prob wouldn't finish. She also gave extra backings as well as an awesome guarantee for repiercing in the future should something happen. Overall, we had a great experience and 100% recommend Eyerene for any type of piercing, from baby to adults.
