This was my very first time getting a Brazilian wax, so I was totally nervous about it being I had been told by so many that it was very painful. Varinder was excellent, she made me feel very comfortable and explained every step of the way so I wouldn't be in for any unforeseen surprises. The process went very smooth and I experienced very mild pain and nothing like the horror stories I had been told about the procedure. I am very glad I found TopNotch wax and plan to make it my home for all of my wax needs... I highly recommend this place especially for first timers like myself. A1
