When I decided to have her sell my property, she took charge and transformed it into something I could have never imagined. It was an estate to be divided among four of us with some of the disputes that are expected , no greed just my sister from out of state thought every home in California is worth at least a million. My moms was old and run down. James was patient while we tried prices that we all new [except my sister] were unrealistic and eventually came to a price that sold.
