My audiologist is an expert who transformed my hear loss anxiety. Her thorough knowledge of new technology and maintenance of hearing aids dramatically reduced my suffering from a hereditary loss of hearing. The Doctor's careful assessment and guidance makes conversations and associations. My family and cohorts would be lost to me without the Doctors intervention for which I am grateful. GT

Thank you for providing an opportunity to express the feelings of disabled individuals and their families.This recent visit to the Speech Therapy session was far from satisfactory. Patience, who is severely disabled, requires extra time and accommodation, especially in the unfamiliar hospital environment. The room was cramped, and he needed more time to settle down and prepare himself for the session.The therapist mentioned the need for medical improvement for Speech Therapy services, but Patience hasn't received any medical treatment to facilitate progress. Sophie Tu is the most amazing person! She gets to know her patients, remembers details about them that makes them feel important. She shares bits of her life and makes me feel as though we are more friends than as doctor/patient. She is always thorough about the treatment. She makes sure I am always most comfortable and takes care to be sure that how I feel is acknowledged. My treatments help a great deal and I would never trust another acupuncturist as much as I trust Sophie.
