After our offer was accepted, we were scrambling to find a home inspection team to come out and get everything done. Not only were they able to come out the next day because they were booked out for two weeks, they were earlier than scheduled, professional, and they took their time inspecting the entire house. They also bundled in the termite inspection and roof for a reasonable price. After the inspection, they explained to us thoroughly what was wrong and walked us through the major findings. I highly recommend them.

I consider myself a calm and very patient person. I also normally do not write a review unless the service done is either very good or very bad. The first time, I scheduled for a Home Inspection. Date and time was confirmed. However, on the day of the inspection, I got a call re-scheduling the inspection for another day. I was disappointed because I really need that inspection to be done. I told the guy (not sure who I was talking to) "you better not reschedule it again." This time I needed a Termite Inspection and since they did my home inspection, I called and scheduled for a termite inspection. James is incredibly rude and arrogant. Showed up today (Sunday) at my house to do an inspection on behalf of a buyer. I informed him we were not notified and he needs to leave. He replied by saying he HAS to do the inspection and calls the buyers agent claiming the seller was refusing the inspection. At this point irritated I tell him to reschedule because again we weren't notified by our agent. I cant allow any Tom dick or harry to do whatever inspection they want. There is a process here. But he decided to remain rude and obnoxious. On top of that he tells my husband to call whoever the hell sent him. Are you kidding?? Piss off James! Dont ever! Show up at someone... read full review
