Hank and Karyn were very accommodating to both me and my girlfriend. It was our first time getting taxes done by a professional. Hank was the one who prepared ours and he was very patient with our documents. He took the time to explain each of the numbers into a simpler, concise manner. In particular, he spent extra time preparing mine, as it was more complicated than usual. In the end, he gave each of us an organized copy of our returns and tips to avoid paying taxes for the next season. Will definitely go back here to have them prepare our taxes again!
Wow Karyn is a true godsend! My coworker recommended this place to me after I told her about my husband and I's tax situation this year. I've normally filed our own taxes but certain circumstances this fiscal year made us decide to seek a professional. Karyn was quick and direct. We were in and out in about an hour. She walked us through unfamiliar tax jargon, answered our questions, and most importantly instructed us on what to do next tax season to avoid a huge tax bill! She was sweet and even gave us a small discount for her services. I cannot recommend her enough!
Been doing taxes with them for years. No issues, they have great service. Book 2-3 weeks advance highly recommended! They're busy. Simple tax filings to more complex filings they are knowledgeable. Family business! A++
